(I recommend you to have the salmorejo already bought or use it from another time you have had it, otherwise, we beat a pear tomato, with a pinch of salt, a spoonful of olive oil and a piece of bread to which we will add a dash of wine vinegar, beat and ready).

We toast the bread

When we take the bread out of the toaster/frying pan we add two generous spoonfuls of salmorejo, then ham (I recommend diced) and when cutting half an avocado, in the same shell we cut it into strips or mash it, add it and a last layer of salmorejo).

Close the sandwich and serve with some pickles (although I also recommend that you try them chopped inside the sandwich 😜).
