Put a pan on the fire with olive oil, bay leaf and poach the onion, peeled and chopped. Then, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and the red bell pepper. Add a little salt and cook until the onion is tender. Add the previously peeled and chopped shrimps. Add the sweet paprika. Sauté and set aside.

Put a large pot with water and salt on the fire. When it boils add the lentil spirals, a little later the vegetable stew and the broccoli. Cook for 5-6 minutes, drain and set aside.

Add the previously cooked vegetables and pasta to the pan and add a little salt.

Add the mussels to the pan, stir well and remove from the heat.

Pour into a serving dish and ready to serve
