Mix the broth (I have it previously frozen, it is made of broccoli, mushrooms, potato, peas, leek and spinach with salt but this is to taste) with the rest of the ingredients and add spices to taste, I added garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Integrate all the ingredients well until a kind of fluffy dough is obtained.

Cook this dough for 25 minutes over high heat. Remove from the water, leave to cool and cut with a knife into thin "fillets" and enjoy.
