In the description I detail better the quantities:

Put in a bowl 1 egg, 2 egg whites, a ripe banana, 50 gr of ground oatmeal, a large spoonful of cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla aroma. Beat with the mixer.

Grease the frying pan or griddle with EVOO and make our pancakes.

Mix another ripe banana with a large spoonful of cinnamon and mix well with a fork. We put the mixture in a pastry bag. If you don't have one, as in my case, I took a freezer bag and made a tiny cut in the tip. When you make each pancake, put a little of the mixture making a spiral on top.

Tip:❕I have seen recipes that put the mixture inside the pancake and flip it over but personally I do not recommend it, as I have found that it sticks and breaks. So the best thing to do is to put it on top of the pancake when you take it out. It gives the same flavor and looks much nicer.

Make a tower and put the frosting. I mixed powdered milk with almond milk and a few drops of vanilla to obtain a viscous cream. Put on top and enjoy.
