Disregard the amounts above 👆. INGREDIENTS Serrano ham 90g Wholemeal spelt flour 70g Nutmeg 3g Onion 100g 2 eggs Milk 500 ml Black pepper 3 g EVOO 40 ml Salt 100% whole wheat bread Garlic powder Parsley PREPARATION 1. First, pour the EVOO in a frying pan, once hot add the onion in small pieces and fry them, add the ham and sauté for a couple of minutes. 2. Add the flour and integrate it all together, it is important to brown the flour so that it does not taste uncooked, when it is well browned add the milk little by little and stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. 3. When the mixture is thick, add the spices to taste, put it in a lid with cling film in contact with the mixture so that it does not crust and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours. 4. While the dough is left in the refrigerator, we are going to grind the whole wheat bread and add garlic powder and parsley.

5. Now, beat the eggs and in another bowl the bread, we are making croquettes shape and we are passing it through the egg and then through the bread and we put it in the oven already preheated to 200⁰ and leave it for about 15 or 2o min. And ready to taste them 🙈🙊😋
