INGREDIENTS: For the marinade: - 500g tofu - 1 plain yogurt - half teaspoon turmeric - half teaspoon garam masala - 1 teaspoon hot paprika - 1 teaspoon salt - 4 cloves garlic - 1 small piece of fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon of EVOO For the preparation: - 1 cardamom pod - 3 tablespoons of crushed tomato - 150ml coconut milk - 1 cayenne - 1 teaspoon garam masala - a few coriander leaves - 1 onion - 1 green bell pepper

First we prepare the marinade. To do this, we chop the tofu into cubes and grate the garlic cloves and fresh ginger.

Mix all the ingredients and add the tofu. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours, although if it is overnight it is better.

After this time, chop the onion and green bell pepper and fry with the cardamom pod.

When the vegetables begin to brown, chop some coriander leaves and cayenne, and add them together with the three tablespoons of tomato.

Add a teaspoon of garam masala, the marinated tofu and the coconut milk. Let it reduce.
