First, marinate the tofu. Cut the tofu into squares and add them in a bowl, then add the sauce. Add the soy sauce and agave syrup, mix and let the tofu marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the carrot into slices and the avocado into strips.

Once we have marinated the tofu, we will take a frying pan and fry the tofu (especially without the sauce!) While the tofu is frying, we will mix the salmon with the sauce previously used so that it marinates a little bit.

Once the tofu is toasted, put the quinoa, carrots, avocado, tofu and salmon in a bowl (decorating it to taste). Finally, in the frying pan add the sauce with the cornstarch and make it thick, it will take a couple of minutes.

We bathe the bowl with the sauce and add the seeds to taste.
