Sauté the peppers, onions and any other desired vegetables (you can use frozen or fresh vegetables if you have time).

At the same time, make the noodles following the instructions on the bag.

When the vegetables are done, add the chicken strips or heura bites to the frying pan to heat up along with the vegetables.

Serve the drained noddles along with the vegetables and meat/heura on the plate and add a dash of homemade Thai sauce (recipe in my profile) or a little soy sauce to taste. Finally, squeeze the juice of half a lime and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Ready!!! 🍲🤩
