1️⃣ Cook the chickpea paste for the time indicated on the package. 2️⃣ Wash the chickpeas. 3️⃣ Chop the stuffed loin. 4️⃣ Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: - Evaporated skimmed milk. - Spices (to taste) (Curry, Pepper, Garlic and onion powder, Ginger powder).

1️⃣ Prepare the sliced mushrooms with a drop of olive oil. 2️⃣ When the mushrooms are half cooked, add the stuffed loin and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add to the pan, once the mushrooms and loin are done: - The chickpea sedanini. - The cooked chickpeas. - Evaporated milk with spices. - Oregano and parsley (optional).

Stir well integrating all the ingredients, let it cook for a few minutes and it is ready.
