Wash the bimi and put it in a large pan so that it is not too crowded. Add a little water but do not cover it completely. Place over high heat and cook for about 3 minutes, covering the pan.

Once the time has elapsed and the bimi is cooked, drain the excess water. Add a little EVOO, season with salt and pepper and add the soy sauce. Lower the heat a little and sauté the bimi, and that's it!
