Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a frying pan put the oil and put it on the fire. Cut the onion not too small and add it to the pan. We wait for it to poach a little and add the pear to cook a little. Add the walnuts, the gorgonzola cheese and the cream.
