We put an egg in boiling water for 9-10 minutes and a shiitake mushroom to hydrate. Add a dash of soy sauce to the water.

Cut the zucchini, onion, carrot and chilli into julienne strips. Put them in the hot pan with the asparagus, season with salt and pepper and add the garlic powder.

We boil hot water and when it is boiling, we take it off the heat and put the rice noodles in it for 5 minutes.

When the noodles are done and the vegetables are done, put both together in the pan with a splash of soy sauce and a splash of vinegar and mix. Remove the shiitake mushroom from the water, cut it into pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Place the vegetables and noodles on a plate. Remove the egg from the water, peel it, cut it in half and place it on the plate with the rest of the ingredients. And that's it!
