Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix with the flour. Knead and let stand.

Peel and cut very small, the pumpkin, carrots and tomato. Place in the pan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove everything and pass through the blender to obtain a homogeneous sauce. Return to the pan and simmer for another 15 minutes to reduce.

Flour the dough and roll it out, put the sauce on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees. Ready to add the ingredients you want and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
