Cook the pasta and set aside already drained.

Chop the onion, garlic and portobellos.

Sauté the onion, garlic, portobellos and ham, season with salt and pepper and add a dash of white wine.

Blend the vegetables and ham in a blender.

Sauté the resulting sauce again adding the evaporated milk and the shrimps.

Mix the sauce well with the pasta and keep over low heat for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese (optional).
