You can make the pancakes with whole oats, or chop them (that's what I do with the turmix).

Add the egg and the banana and beat everything well until it is well integrated. Finally add a little cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

In a griddle or frying pan, add a drop of oil, and with the kitchen paper or brush, spread it over the surface.

With a hot griddle or frying pan (not too hot so that it is well done on the inside and does not burn on the outside), add the mixture for about 3 minutes on each side. You can lift the pancake a little to see if the base is toasting too much or not.
