Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. I like the carrot sliced and the zucchini in very thin slices.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Then toss the broccoli; sauté it and add a little water to speed up the cooking.

When the water has evaporated add the rest of the vegetables. Sauté for a few minutes until they lose the liquid and are sautéed.

Add salt and spices to taste. You can also add a couple of tablespoons of natural tomato sauce. Sauté one more minute and that's it!
