Toast the tortilla for a couple of minutes. Once toasted, make a slit from the middle to one side (to be able to assemble it later).

The ingredients are placed in each quarter of the tortilla: in one quarter the ham, in another quarter the guacamole, another quarter the tomato (I put 2 slices) and finally the cheese.

Now simply fold from the side where we had made the cut and so on with each quarter, so that in the end it looks like a triangle. It looks spectacular!

Suitable for both breakfast and snacks! 👌🏽

To make the breakfast more complete, I accompanied the omelet with strawberries and my coffee, which is a must.
