Wash the Fredolics (fresh from the forest, not from ingredients).

Poach onion while boiling water in a pot.

Put the fredolics together with the poached onion and let it cook.

Add the fredolics together with the onion to the boiling water and let it boil for 20 minutes.

Add the bread crumbs and the chopped garlic, parsley and almonds.

Salt and add all kinds of herbs (Provencal, oregano, thyme...) and grind as finely as you like.
