Add the wheat gluten to the previous mixture. Knead until a dough is formed and let it rest for half an hour.

After half an hour add spices and divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Shape them and take them to the frying pan to brown them.

Finally, boil them for 40 minutes in a vegetable broth and ready, enjoy your seitan.
