Baked salmon with lemon and rosemary

Cut one of the lemons into slices and place them on a baking tray (it can be covered with baking paper).

Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste and place on the lemon slices.

Preheat the oven to 120°.

Squeeze the second lemon and mix the juice with the EVOO and rosemary. Pour half of the mixture over the salmon loins.

Bake in the oven at 90°. Ten minutes after baking, pour the rest of the previous mixture over the loins. Leave another ten minutes approximately in the oven.
