If you have bought whole mushrooms, wash them well and cut them into thin slices.

Chop the garlic and fry until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

Add the lemon juice, wine, salt and parsley, reduce for a few seconds and set aside.

Season the halibut with salt and pepper and dredge it in flour. Brown it in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
