Slice the ginger and mash or blend with half a glass of water and the juice of the three lemons until pureed.

Pass it through a strainer and then add the turmeric and cayenne (remember that you only need to add the tip of a small spoon of cayenne!!). Add also the honey and whisk again to mix everything well. You can pour it into a bottle and take a shot every morning to fill you with energy!
