Mix the warm water with the crumbled yeast.

Add flour, EVOO and salt. Mix well and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. It should come off easily from your hands.

Form a ball, put it in a bowl and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Add the crushed tomato, oregano, mozzarella and spread the vegetables as desired around the pizza.

Preheat oven to 240°. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
