Clean the wings well and season to taste. Cook in the airfryer (or in the oven) for 25 minutes at 160°C (350°F).

In the meantime, cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry in a pan with EVOO. Add the sieved tomato and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Add a cup of white rice and stir well. Then add twice the amount of water or vegetable broth. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover the pan. Lower the heat to the minimum and cook for 10-12 minutes.

When the chicken wings are done and the rice is cooked, add them to the pan and cook for another five minutes.
