Leave the beans in water the night before to hydrate them.

Chop the leek, dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and green bell pepper, add to the fast cooker along with the beans and cover with water.

In a frying pan put the garlic with the oil, when browned, add the shrimps and clams, add the white wine and parsley.
