Leave the beans in water the night before to hydrate them.

Chop the leek, dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and green bell pepper, add to the fast cooker along with the beans and cover with water.

Close the pot and when the valve goes up, calculate 25-30 min.

Peel the raw shrimp and chop the garlic.

In a frying pan put the garlic with the oil, when browned, add the shrimps and clams, add the white wine and parsley.

When the clams are open, remove

When the beans have been cooked for 25-30 minutes, open and add the garlic, shrimp, clams and the juice that has been created in the pot.

Close the pot and let stand for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan, make the trumpets.

Serve the beans with the trumpets on top.
