We boil the macaroni with a little salt.

While the macaroni is cooking in a bowl, put aside the minced meat and add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, sweet paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir everything until it is well mixed and transfer it to a frying pan with a little olive oil.

Chop half an onion and half a red bell pepper that we will mix with the minced meat once it is cooked.

Once the meat is done and we have poured the onion and the bell pepper, we add the tomato sauce and the macaroni. Mix it all together and it is ready to serve.
