Clean and chop the mango and put it in a saucepan or frying pan to heat.

Once it has the desired consistency, remove from the heat. I grind it with the blender so that it is more homogeneous and there are no strands of mango, but this step can be skipped if you like it as it is.

Add the chia seeds and store in a glass jar. Optionally you can add a little juice of half a lemon to make it last longer. Keep in the refrigerator
