Roasted bell pepper and tomato sauce

First we roast the bell pepper for 30 minutes with a little salt, olive oil and water. I roast it in the gm pot, with the oven function, I put water, the grid and the bell pepper on top.

Once the bell pepper is roasted, we put it in a crushed glass (it is not necessary to peel or remove the seeds). Add the tomato and the spices. Grind.

Pour it into a frying pan or casserole and cook it all together for about 10 minutes. I did it in the gm pot, in the sauté function.
