We put a saucepan to boil with water and salt, peel the carrot and the pumpkin, when the water boils we introduce them to the pot.

When the pumpkin and carrot are soft add the oatmeal along with the spices (in my case black pepper and nutmeg) stir a little and add a teaspoon of mascarpone and continue mixing.

When the oatmeal is almost ready, add the egg whites to make it creamy and cook until they are done, integrating them well with the oatmeal. And ready to add the toppings!

I topped it with a grilled egg, carrots that I reserved and cottage cheese. (But you can choose whatever you like, although this combination is a delight).
