Boletus with vegetables and shrimps

IN THE LIST OF INGREDIENTS THERE IS ALSO THE BOLETUS (4 LARGE ONES) ALTHOUGH IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT IT BECAUSE I AM NOT REGISTERED. First of all, we are going to cut all the vegetables (the vegetables that can be used are of your own taste) in slices so that they cook easier. Then we will cut the boletus into small squares.

In a normal frying pan or wok (the one I used) we pour a dash of EVOO and proceed to add the vegetables (onion, carrot and leek), after a few minutes we proceed to add the chopped boletus and after a couple of minutes the prawns. We will be watching and moving if it is convenient.

After 10 minutes add a little broth (in my case homemade) and a little soy sauce (optional step). Stir until we see that the vegetables and mushrooms are soft.

As an optional step you can add a couple of eggs and turn it into scrambled eggs.
