Preheat the oven to 180°. Heat up and down.

In a bowl, mix 2 cups of flour and 1 tablespoon of yeast.

In another bowl, mash 2 ripe plantains and add 3 eggs. Beat the eggs and the banana until they are well blended and then add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 3 dates. We beat so that the dates are well crushed.

Add the flour and the yeast that we had in the first bowl and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.

Grease the mold with a little oil and cover it with flour so it doesn't stick. I used a silver colored disposable mold sold in Mercadona and it came out completely unstuck.

Pour the mixture into the mold. Once we have it, we add the three ounces of chocolate broken into small pieces. I hid some pieces and left others on top as decoration.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°.
