Place all the ingredients in order to have them at hand. Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Start by slicing the zucchini and onion.

While the other side of the fajita is being made, place the ingredients. First a base of tomato, some cheese, ham, zucchini and onion and finally some goat cheese. The distribution should be the same as for a pizza.
