Place all the ingredients in order to have them at hand. Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Start by slicing the zucchini and onion.

When the oil is hot, add the zucchini first. Wait 2 minutes and add the onion. It is time to add a pinch of salt to prevent them from releasing too much water. Cook to taste, you can do it more or less depending on how well you like the vegetables.

In a different frying pan, with a brush put a little bit of oil and let it heat up. Place the pancake and prick it with a fork. Cook 1-2 minutes and turn it over. I cook it over medium heat.

While the other side of the fajita is being made, place the ingredients. First a base of tomato, some cheese, ham, zucchini and onion and finally some goat cheese. The distribution should be the same as for a pizza.

Let it rest over very low heat, with a lid for about 5 minutes. Fold it in the pan and it is ready😋.
