In a bowl, add the flour, yeast and salt and mix well. Make a hole in the center and add the water and EVOO.

Start mixing everything. It is normal that it sticks a little in your hands. Flour the base on which you are going to work and knead for 2-3' until you get an elastic dough that does not stick. You may have to add a little more flour during the process.

Make a ball with this dough, place it in a bowl and cover with a cloth for 10'.

Transfer it back to that previous surface, again floured, and shape your pizza. The thinner the base, the faster it will be done (and it will also stay crispy and with fluffy edges 😏).

Put the pizza on the parchment paper, from there to the pan and finish touching up the shape and thickness. The pan can help you to shape the pizza more easily, it will depend on the circumference of the pan 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had plenty of pan 😅

And already, add toppings to make the pizza to your liking 😌.

Now put the pan over medium heat (in my case it was at point 3 of 6), covered (very important so that it is well done and not only the base is done). It will be like this for about 15'.

Once you check that the dough is done, raise the temperature a little and leave it for about 2' so that the base gets nice and crispy 😏.
