Add a teaspoon of chia seeds to the protein yogurt and leave in the tap for at least 30 minutes to form a gelatinous mass.

Take the raspberries and blend with the cow's milk or vegetable drink.

Pour the yogurt with the chia in a bowl or glass and on top, the raspberry milk shake.

As a topping, I added a ripe kiwi fruit and less than a teaspoon of melted chocolate with coconut oil that I had left over from making another delicious snack/dessert.
