We boil the eggs until we make what we know as hard boiled eggs, that the yolk is curdled.

Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Put them in a bowl together with a spoonful of tomato, the mayonnaise, the pinch of salt and the foie. Mix everything well.

We make a bed with tomato in the bottom of the container where we are going to serve them.

Fill the egg white with the mixture we have just made, using a spoon.

We reserve them in the refrigerator so that they are fresh for lunchtime.
