Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, a little pepper and salt. Add the milk until the consistency is not too liquid.

Clean and chop the cauliflower to taste and add the sauce made in the previous step. Stir well and place on baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 220º.

While baking mix the honey and the barbecue sauce with a little bit of oil. The barbecue sauce can be replaced by any spicy sauce or a similar flavor.

Remove from the oven and brush the cauliflower with the barbecue sauce and honey. Put back in the oven for 20 minutes at 220º.
