1 banana 50g oatmeal 1 egg 100g egg whites 2 CDs of peanut butter 375g granulated cheese 375g of whipped cheese or yogurt pro (I put 200 and 200) 60g erythritol 100g unsweetened whole wheat crackers 30g coconut oil

We crush the cookies and mix it with the coconut oil to make the base. Then mix all the ingredients for the dough and put it in the oven at 180 degrees about 30 minutes, making sure it does not burn. Let stand 10 minutes without opening the oven. Once cooled in the refrigerator a couple of hours and ready to decorate to taste.
