Put in a baking dish a little coarse salt. In a mortar, crush a couple of cloves of garlic with some parsley.

Add to the mortar a good splash of EVOO. Mix well with the garlic and pour over the cuttlefish, also mixing with the coarse salt.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of the cuttlefish. If they are very large it is better to open them in half and turn them over so that they are cooked on both sides.
