✒ Spoon out the flesh of the eggplant 🍆 Cut it into small squares and set aside.

Pour a splash of EVOO in the wok, add the chopped 🌶 bell pepper, then the onion, after a few minutes add the 🍆 eggplant. Once everything is almost done, chop the tomato 🍅 and add it together with a pinch of salt. Let it all finish cooking well.

Chop the tuna cans 🐟 and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Stir a few times to mix everything well.

✒ Stuff the eggplant skin 🍆 with the wok mixture up to half and put the goat roll 🐐 sliced and put another layer with the same.
