Pour the soy sauce, EVOO and lemon juice in a bowl. Then add the curry, garlic powder, ginger, curcuma, sesame, salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate in the mixture for one hour in the refrigerator. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Form the skewers with wooden sticks and grill on a griddle or frying pan over medium low heat until golden brown. Meanwhile put the marinade sauce in a pot and when it boils lower to the minimum and let it thicken for about 8 minutes.
