Mix the whole wheat flour, yeast, a pinch of salt, a glass of water and a dash of EVOO.

Stir and integrate everything until a paste is formed. Knead and let stand for 1 hour.

On a clean surface, add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking and roll it out with a rolling pin.

Shape into a heart shape and place on a tray with baking paper.

Add the tomato, mozzarella and basil leaves. Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.

When 5 minutes are left, place the tray on the bottom and add the burrata.
