To make the dough: in a bowl mix the flour with water, oil and salt. Knead until the dough is homogeneous and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

In a frying pan with a little EVOO fry the chopped vegetables together with the meat until golden brown.

After 20 minutes of dough, spread it and put it in a cake pan, put it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220 degrees.

In a separate bowl, mix three eggs with the cream, the spices (except basil) and add the sautéed meat and vegetables. Stir well.

Remove the dough from the oven when it is still a little soft and add the mixture we have just prepared. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes more.

When it is almost ready, remove from the oven and add the gratin cheese and basil. Leave it in the oven for 5 more minutes and it is ready to serve.
