Spinach Ham and Cheese Omelet KETO

In a bowl, beat the two eggs, add the spinach (cut into small pieces), add salt/pepper and stir.

In a frying pan over medium-low heat, add a little butter or oil and pour the bowl with the eggs and spinach. Spread the ingredients well so that they cover the whole pan.

Cover and wait 2-3 minutes until the top is done. Then we turn it over and add cheese-ham-tomato-oregano.

Turn half of the tortilla over, so that it covers the ingredients (as shown in the image).

Serve with a glass of milk/coffee and enjoy! :)
