Preparación de la receta

Drain the oil from the tuna cans and grind the oat flakes into flour. Combine the tuna, oatmeal and egg whites in a jar and whisk until creamy.

Spread the mixture on baking paper and make the desired shape. In my case square

Put the pizza base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180° up and down. Remove from the oven to put the pizza toppings.

Put the crushed tomato on the base, then oregano, then cheese and finally the olives. Put back in the oven with the heat only on the top for 5-10 minutes at 180° until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
