The first thing to do is to prepare the tomato base, cut the tomatoes into small squares and chop the garlic and cook them with oil, salt and black pepper over medium heat until it forms a thick sauce.

In an earthenware casserole we put the tomato base we have just prepared, place the slice of cheese and finish with a little oregano and Provencal herbs.

Bake at 180 º for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned a little.
