First of all we mash the avocado with a fork.

Add lemon juice and spices to taste (⚠️I only add salt, but you can also add pepper, garlic powder...). IMPORTANT to try to rectify and add more quantity of some ingredient, until we like the taste.

Put this mixture on the toast (I make homemade bread following the recipe from the book "Eat real food"). We can also add other foods to make it more complete: smoked salmon, egg (grilled, poached, hard-boiled...), fresh cheese, whatever you like!
