Eggplant rolls with ham and mozzarella cheese

Cut the eggplant into slices (we will need 10 thin slices) and season with salt and pepper.

Steam the eggplants for 10 minutes or bake them in the oven until they are soft and easy to roll.

Now we will make the tomato sauce, for this we will fry for a couple of minutes the garlic clove with the oil, when it is ready add the tomato, oregano and salt and cook for 12 minutes, stirring from time to time.

While we roll a slice of eggplant with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese about 5 mm thick, put a toothpick and leave them on the baking sheet.

Once we have our 10 rolls we put the tomato sauce on top, some basil leaves and some cheese slices to melt (what we have left over from the 200 gr).
