Preheat the oven to 180ºC Spread the puff pastry and pierce it with a fork. Take a mold for oven and grease it with extra virgin olive oil, put the puff pastry in it and cover it with the baking paper and put it in the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into julienne strips and in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil cook until golden brown, while cutting the zucchini into cubes reserve a few slices for later decoration.

Meanwhile cut the chicken breast into cubes and add the chicken breast along with the onion and zucchini in the pan, salt and pepper and add the spices to taste.

While the sofrito is cooking, in a bowl beat two eggs and grate the Parmesan cheese.

When the chicken breast is cooked, add the can of evaporated milk and mix everything with the fire off.

When you have mixed all the mixture in the pan, pour it into the bowl where you have the beaten eggs and cheese so that the egg does not cook, do not stop stirring while pouring the contents of the pan.

When you have all the ingredients mixed in the bowl, remove the puff pastry from the oven and pour the contents of the bowl.

When you have all the contents in the puff pastry, decorate it with some zucchini slices that we have previously reserved and with the slices of goat cheese.

Place the pan in the oven at 180ºc for about 30 minutes until it comes out without staining when pierced with a knife.

After 30 minutes, take it out of the oven, unmold, serve and enjoy.
