Cucumber + guacamole + shrimp appetizer

I leave the ingredients here to identify each item: 1 large cucumber. 200 gr of frozen cooked prawns. Guacamole. 100 gr avocado. 20 gr of onion. 20 gr of natural tomato. 1 squeeze of lime. salt.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Put them in a large bowl.

We put all the guacamole ingredients in our food processor and integrate well. We put a teaspoon on top of each cucumber slice.

We put a frying pan on the fire and impregnate it with a little olive oil. Add the prawns and grill them. Once they are done, put one on top of each slice with guacamole.

TIPs. You choose the point of the prawns. I like them well done. If you want to save time you can also use well processed guacamole bought from a grocery store.
