Set aside one of the bananas for decoration. Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mash.

Prepare the mold by greasing it with butter or oil and wrap the outside with aluminum foil. Place it in a baking pan and add a couple of fingers of water to bake the cake in a bain-marie.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 60-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when pierced.

Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature and then refrigerate, better overnight. Optionally add banana slices on top and enjoy.
